My senior cat of 15 years was not a patient of the clinic as we moved to town recently. He became ill, I called to schedule a wellness check which they were able to accommodate and see us within a few short hours. We saw RVT Megan, who was kind and caring. Dr. Lima provided a physical exam confirming that the best option given my cats health issues would be to euthanize him. He provided me comfort and reassurance. We were able to go into a comfortable room set up with nice chairs and a pet bed to say our goodbyes. The staff wrapped my cat in a cozy blanket and I was able to hold him while he was euthanized. They show a great deal of empathy and understanding. Flexibility in appt times. I was extremely impressed with their cheery demeanor. I will switch all my pets to this vet. Such a great atmosphere!

Unfortunately we had to make the tough decision to put our dog to sleep. I called the vet I’ve used for 30 years but they couldn’t take him for 11 days. Our dog was in dire condition. To say these people are wonderful, is an understatement! We couldn’t ask for kinder more gentle people to take care of our floof! They are simply the best, thank you so much for all your care during this awful time.
