Schur's Automotive Repairs

I moved to Smiths Falls about a year and a half ago, and Schur's has been my go-to shop ever since. I've bought a set of winter tires and two sets of all-season tires from them, and every experience has been excellent. They never try to upsell you. In fact, they do their best to work within your budget.
Best of all, for repairs, they give you an honest estimate, and so far they've always met it or even come in under; no last second surprises. Coming from Ottawa, it's refreshing to find a mechanic you can actually trust. Highly recommended!

I have been taking my car to Schur's for years now, they've done all the work I can't do myself on my piece of crap first car. Matthew, at the front desk, has since become someone I consider a friend. I trust the guys at Schur's, and when I've been told of other good mechanics, I've turned the idea down because I know that Schur's has my back. Matthew has been kind and honest in getting me what my car needs, rushing jobs when I worked delivery and finding cheaper parts when I couldn't afford something more. Our BMW X1 started making a horrendous clattering noise while we were on the highway heading into Smiths Falls. We looked up Schur’s via Google which we did not know, and they agreed to take the vehicle same day to diagnose it. Since we were out of town we had to have the car back as soon as possible. They diagnosed a broken shock absorber and upper mounting bracket - ordered the parts and completed the repairs. Luckily we were able to leave the car with them overnight and the repair was done perfectly for a very reasonable price - certainly better than any BMW dealership would offer.
