Taylor offers excellent service and is very communicative. I felt like she went above and beyond to deliver a Sailor Moon figurine while making me feel valued. Everything was prestine and her added goodies were unexpected but so very appreciated. The last item I bought from her physical shop were Sailor Moon teas, which were quality with flavours I'd never had, and I'm an avid tea drinker. I love her shop, in both its physical form and its digital presence.
Such an amazing experience, was nothing but kind and the style and sweet up of the store is beautiful as well! My daughter was having a hard day and she went out of her way to help!Glad to see them in smith falls!
Stopped in after lunch with my sister and daughter. What a beautiful store with amazing staff ! Everything was well organized and priced more than fairly! The quality and selection was even more unique and has me dying to go back to wander a little more ! Highly recommend!
