I had a very positive experience with McCrea's with special thank you to Will. My home presented some complexities, including air quality concerns and several areas that required careful review and follow-up. Because of the nature of the issues, multiple visits were needed to properly investigate, address, and remediate the problems.
Throughout the entire process, McCrea's was excellent to deal with. From the ladies at the frontline, sales team, to the service technicians, everyone was professional, courteous, patient, and responsive. The technicians took the time to assess the situation properly, explain their findings, and work through the issues until they were resolved.
I truly appreciated their commitment, professionalism, and customer service. I would not hesitate to recommend McCrea's to anyone looking for a reliable heating and air-conditioning company that stands behind its work.

Beautiful bouquet selection with high quality flowers. Fresh and long lasting. Many had bloomed but just as many took a few days to open. Love that they are local to Renfrew!
An absolute pleasure to work with. I have a good action plan for my older house. I learn so much every time they spoke with me. I wish I could just keep that knowledge in my back pocket! They had to do some digging to get to my septic, erring on the side of caution to let me know what sort of problems I'd be getting myself into. 10/10 highly recommended.
We hired Candace to design our kitchen and couldn’t be happier. Everything is so thoughtfully laid out. The same amount of space feels so much bigger now. She really took the time to listen to our wants and concerns to come up with something that worked perfectly for us and our space. She also did a great job coordinating with the vendors to make sure we got things on time and the project ran smoothly. I would definitely recommend Candace if you’re looking for a kitchen makeover as well.

I had issues with my vehicle which I need for work. My mechanic told me that the cost of fixing the vehicle wasn't worth it, it was time to find another one.

I had a good job though and a friend of mine suggested calling the person who had helped her. So I called. The entire team at the Renfrew branch is amazing. So helpful and kind.
They took the time to explain everything to me in detail and made the process easy for me. I purchased the Loan Protection Plan and thank goodness-due to restructuring at my company, I lost my job. Nathan at the Renfrew branch is currently helping to put the loan protection plan into place. This will take care of my payments until I get back to work. I honestly don't know what I would have done without them all.

This company is super busy and I can see why! I have them booked for fall for some renovations but needed some doors stalled ASAP! They put me in their wait list ! Matt and Luke came to Burns Lake to stain our brand new EZ Log cottage. They used Cutek stain (golden tint) to finish the outer logs won’t 2 coats. They were finished in about 4 1/2 hrs. Great job!

I had the pleasure and privilege of dealing with Lucy and Dave while visiting family in Renfrew 2 weeks ago.
I heard an unsettling noise coming from my front wheel.
I called 5 garages, 4 of which couldn't take me.
I left a message at Murphy's.
Within the hour Lucy called me back and they saw me an hour later.
Dave was busy but took the time to take my car for a ride and put it up on the hoist to take a look.
Half an hour later, I was handed my keys and told that there was no charge.
I had a bent backing plate that was rubbing on my rotor when I turned and Dave fixed it.
He also let me know that my pads were at 20% so I'd need a brake job soon.
I think I'll trust Murphy's for that!
Dr. Joshua Barnes made time in his schedule to remove a piece of debris from my eye. I’m squeamish about my eyes but his reassuring professionalism helped me feel at ease and my eye feels SO much better now. I would definitely recommend this clinic.

I've been coming to Doug's for about a year now. Always a pleasent experience with Michelle, the office admin. I put a lot of miles on my car which requires lots of maintenance. Wheel bearings, brakes, tie rods. One bearing failed under warranty but Doug was happy to handle getting the replacement on my behalf. Premium work at a reasonable price. Thank you
