I recently brought my two dogs in for a check up and some vaccines. The doctor was very knowledgeable in explaining everything to me and giving me a proper breakdown of the vaccines. The staff were very friendly and everyone had a smile on their face. It was an enjoyable environment to be in. Happy to have such a great trust worthy animal hospital close to home.

Great staff and veterinarians, you don't feel rushed, they take their time to answer your questions. Compassionate and caring and their fees are very affordable. Won't take my Gidget anywhere else.

EDIT:Lost 1 star due to multiple occasions where I left a voicemail regarding an upcoming appointment with no call back. I discussed this topic with my peers (who are also clients at Pinnacle), and apparently, not returning clients' calls has somehow been normalized. I understand that Pinnacle is the busiest, best vet office in town, but secretaries are separate from animal healthcare providers & they should practice a degree of diligence that matches the rest of the company. Aside from this issue, Pinnacle remains the best veterinarian service in Renfrew.ORIGINAL REVIEW:Best veterinarian office in Renfrew, by far. The degree of care they offer is unmatched.
