Doug and the crew saved me again! The office is so nice when I call with my please tell me you have time!! I lost a brakeline and was in a desprate state. I called first thing in the morning and they said bring it in! They are super busy, and yet everytime my old girl, Tuscon, decides its time to replace the original parts, they fit me in. We broke down on highway 17 at the Renfrew exit on day 1 of vacation. Doug came up on our Google search for a Renfrew mechanic. We chose him based on a good Google review. He was fantastic! He took our car right away and scanned it when we arrived. Even gave our little guy some ice cream while we waited on a crazy hot day. Excellent customer service! All the staff were kind and helpful!
