Not having grown up in the Renfrew area, I wasn't sure where to take my rings to get cleaned and serviced. A few people recommended Norman E. Wallace Jewellers, and I am so happy I listened. Their customer service is outstanding, friendly and accommodating in the most personable way. My rings also look fantastic, but the overall experience and old school mannerisms of staff that are actually friendly and knowledgeable left such an impression on me. Wonderful, friendly service. Beautiful work done on my ring. You can't even see where my wedding band (celtic) was made larger. Their jeweler incorporated my engagement rings' diamond into my wedding ring. I also purchased a beautiful 10 year anniversary diamond band to complete my 16 year old set. Gail (the sales lady) was almost as excited to see the set complete as I was.
