Staff is friendly, lots of selection, and even lots of free samples scattered around the store! I recently tried the dog wash station and it was fully equipped with everything you might need (treats, towels, different kinds of shampoos, etc.). The only negative about it is I find the blow drier could be more powerful—my dog has a very dense coat and, even though she’s small, we ended up going home pretty damp. Otherwise super handy though!
We had to make an emergency stop for pet supplies while vacationing in Canada. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable in helping us get exactly what we needed.
