Debbie has been doing my taxes for years now and is always so pleasant to deal with. I mean, anyone you get at the front counter is always incredibly friendly. A great group of people, I would recommend them any day!
Nancy was my Tax professional. She did an amazing job. Communication was fantastic. She went above and beyond expected customers service. Hoping she can do my taxes again next year!
Very easy process, I simply dropped off my paper work and the staff Kayla and Nancy took it from there. They were seemless guiding me along the way and were prompt to return any calls and emails about any questions I had. They were thorough even if it cost me in a small manner from an error in properly processing of my claim of a previous year, I won't be surprised in the future.Thank you again and being patient with your helpful advice.
