Recently had to replace old hot water heater. Checked with a number of different companies and priced out purchase and rental options. RM responded to correspondence very quickly, and their no-pressure sales was greatly appreciated. They presented pricing options simply and plainly. They also replaced our furnace almost 10 years ago and there have been zero issues in that time. Professional, respectful, efficient with time.
Update July 2026: One of the thousands of households that were flooded in Canada Day storm, so the furnace installed by Rick Menard had to be replaced due to water damage.
Still great service, no upsell pressure, ample options presented. The gentlemen who did the install were prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly.
