I recently had a plumber from Candor Plumbing and Heating install new hoses on my stacked washer and dryer. After the visit, I noticed an unfamiliar noise coming from the dryer and contacted their office.
I was pleasantly surprised when a technician returned the very same day to investigate the issue. He quickly discovered that the dryer vent tube had become dislodged when the heavy appliances were moved. He reinstalled and secured the vent, resolving the problem immediately.

We have dealt with this excellent company in the past and they have never disappointed. Efficient, professional and courteous service in handling a number of plumbing tasks at a very reasonable price.
We have used Candor several times since we moved into our condo 4 years ago-for a blocked sink, plugged toilet and again when toilets needed their seals replaced as per condo rules. They are responsive, arrive when they say they will and do a very good job for a reasonable and fair price.
