Our toilet wasn't flushing properly so we called to have someone help us when a plunger wasn't cutting it. Shaun came 2 hours earlier than expected (a total bonus when a family of 5 is without a working toilet) he was very informative, explained everything he was doing, even gave us tips on how to deal with it in our own in the future. It took less than an hour, he removed 4 pencils that my kids flushed, and everything is running smooth again. Shaun clearly loves his job and I'm grateful for his help and for the knowledge he gave me.Service: Toilet repair

I had a leak in the shut off valve, bath tub, and basement sink. I called Mr. Rooter and they sent Masharo and Dylan which fixed everything including replacing the shut off valve in no time. Best plumbing service I ever got!!!!

I had an issue with sewer odour backing up through our laundry room sink when the washing machine drained. Shaun Cunningham arrived and sorted the problem out quickly. He diagnosed the cause of the problem and quickly installed the correct plumbing configuration. Shaun is knowledgable and professional and took time from his work to explain his diagnosis and fix.
