Very good employees who helped me solve the following problem. I was the second owner of a relatively new Rosehaven house and my AC was not working. It turned out to be that the external unit was not connected to the panel, which is something missed during the construction/installation process. It took us some time to resolve it, but the guys in Rosehaven were very helpful and keen to help.

I want to say how positive our experience has been with Rosehaven homes. My wife and I had purchased our home on a pre-release in 2017 in Ancaster. The pre-release was a little hectic as they all are but once we decided on our lot and model and we met with the agent the process moved quick and easy. Everyone from start to finish from the sales team to the décor office and the onsite workers where absolutely amazing. During our pre-drywall inspection we reviewed plans with Eddy who found an issue with our upgraded ceiling in our family room and quickly had it removed and updated as per the plan with zero issues or frustrations to us.
