We’ve had a truly positive experience with Rosehaven Homes from the very beginning — right from the booking process through to décor selections and final possession. The team has been incredibly responsive, professional, and accommodating every step of the way.
Their on-site staff is fantastic — thorough, detail-oriented, and easy to work with. During our first year in the home, we didn’t encounter any major issues, and all minor concerns were addressed promptly and to our satisfaction. There's only one flooring-related item still pending, but the team has been actively working toward a resolution, which we appreciate.

The builder’s support team has been responsive and responsible throughout — especially during the 6-month review, where they promptly visited and addressed most concerns in a professional manner. However, I’m giving a lower rating for now due to one significant unresolved issue: sound transmission between my semi-detached unit and the neighbor’s, particularly from closing cupboard doors, etc... The lack of soundproofing remains a concern. While the team acknowledged the issue and is working on a resolution, it hasn’t been fixed yet.
