I don't live there but I can really appreciate the beauty of this building. It is one of the few in all of the GTA that does not make me sad to look at. It is absolutely gorgeous, I gotta walk by it every time I visit downtown.

I have never actually bought/rented one of their luxury condos before and probably never will. However, the beauty of this building alone is enough to warrant a perfect rating. Built in a classic European style that will never age out of style. Buildings like this will always be seen for the objective beauty that which they are.I'll take this over any modern or post-modern architecture.
