Puppy Chappy is a pet grooming shop that provides an exceptional grooming experience for dogs. The owners and groomers are attentive to each dog's individual needs, taking the time to assess and address any issues such as irritated skin or matted fur. They provide grooming services that prioritize the dog's comfort and well-being, even carefully trimming the hair on sensitive areas like paws and ears. The results are neat and even grooming, with some customers noting that their dog's fur feels softer and smells nicer after their appointment.
What sets Puppy Chappy apart is their exceptional care and attention to detail, even at a lower cost compared to other grooming services. Dogs who have had traumatic grooming experiences in the past have been known to show affection towards the groomers at Puppy Chappy, a testament to the groomers' skill and compassion. The staff always tries to accommodate clients' schedules, and each dog has its own file with explanations to ensure personalized care. Customers trust them deeply, often returning even after moving far away, highlighting Puppy Chappy's reputation as a reliable and trustworthy grooming shop that truly cares for its furry clients.
I love bringing my dog here! Been doing so for the past four years. The owner is very thoughtful in taking your considerations before the appointment and following up on everything that happened during the groom afterwards. I can trust that she will manage well and that her groomers will take good care of my dog.
Absolutely the best dog grooming clinic!
I can’t say enough good things about this place. The team is incredibly kind, gentle, and professional—they treat every dog like their own. My dog usually gets nervous around new people, but not here. In fact, he’s so happy and comfortable that he never wants to leave! It's such a relief knowing he’s in loving hands every time. Highly recommend to any pet parent looking for top-quality grooming and care!
I came for a last minute full groom with my dog Maisie. They treated us so well! Very friendly, and they did an amazing job on Maisie. They gave me exactly what I wanted, 10/10 would recommend.
