I visited on a Wednesday morning from around 10:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., and it was surprisingly quiet. Most of the time, I had the women’s hot pool, cold pool, sauna, and ice room almost to myself. Everything was clean, relaxing, and well maintained.
The staff were friendly when I arrived, and even friendlier when I left, which made the experience even better.
The sauna egg was delicious too!

I went on a Thursday around 9pm. The place was about 10% full.
It’s $35 + tax to enter. Cash or debit card only. You get 2 hand towels. The co-ed area is one huge room with hard wooden seats, 1 projector that was showing a hockey game, 2 treadmills, 1 pool table that is $2 a play, 2 flat screen TVs that were off, a snack shop and eating area and an area leading to the sauna room. Snack shop had instant ramen of course, hard boiled eggs, and ice cream among other things. Free WiFi and water is also available.

Clean, affordable, simple and traditional kspa. Locker room is sufficient, wet area is clean and steam room and hot tub are toasty. Cafeteria and common area is well kept - food is average - a variety of sauna choices makes for a relaxing couple of hours. Would definitely recommend for a disconnect and reset
