Big thank you to Rafael for his services. He repaired my laptop within 24 hours and was reasonably priced. Also, I appreciated his patience in answering all of my questions and providing guidance.
I called to ask some general IT related questions about my Macbook. Although they dont deal with such issues, the person was super helpful. They not only provided excellent consultation but also sent me follow up links to make sure the work was done. Great customer service!!
