I came here because my laptop kept crashing, when I first brought it in I thought the price was high but I was willing to do it to fix my laptop. After many many tries my problem was still there but Ben and his team kept trying different methods to fix it. They went above and beyond to keep trying instead of giving up on it. Ben was persistent on finding a solution and didn’t charge me an extra dime to do all the extra work he did and eventually after a week of trying different methods it’s finally fixed!
