I was looking for someone to fix my daughter's MacBook screen and came across Ray on Facebook. He game me a price to fix the screen based on the model and serial whereas all other quotes were based on no details.
Ray worked with us to accommodate the schedule so that my daughter's work was not interrupted. He stood by that schedule and ensured that the computer was fixed on time.
He also made sure that all other aspects of the computer were working before and after the repair: camera, microphone, speakers and USB ports.

He came to our home late in the evening, worked extensively on the problem, and when further testing was needed, took the computer to his lab and continued investigating until it was fully repaired. He didn't charge us until everything was working perfectly. Professional, knowledgeable, honest, patient, and incredibly dedicated. Highly recommended.
