Rey was really helpful! We had a problem with my wife's laptop Monday night. We tried reaching out just in case he might reply, and he actually called to give us initial troubleshooting steps. Once we determined it was not fixable from our end, he guaranteed us to visit the next day to check.
He visited us the following day, right on time. He tried to do more troubleshooting, and was very careful of our laptop and his tools. He was able to fix our laptop! It was power issues and it was a quick fix for him.
