“Hands down the best clinic in the region. Could not recommend heartland enough to anyone looking for a great vet. The staff have been a dream to work with. Our previous vets have been very hesitant and unwilling to work with our American bully, and this couldn’t be further from the case here.
Big shoutout to one tech in particular, Crystina, for treating our pup so great and educating us along the way.
Could not be any happier with heartland and the help they provided for our big boy.

The did an emergency spay on our 11 year old Aussie on a walk in, treated her fantastically and didn't put me in the poor house.

I recently had found out my dog was ill and had to make end of life arrangements and Niagara Falls Animal Medical center were absolutely phenomenal with everything right up to making the hard decision to euthanize my sweet baby girl Thank you all at the Medical center im so very appreciative of everything you all did for me and my Tuukka girl“

“Were able to fit my pet in next day/ same day when needed! Very friendly staff and were more than willing to deal with my unpleasant cat and able to treat him without issue. Treatments can be pricey but thats just how it goes with vets these days. My only complaint is at some points i felt a little brushed off, and they thought my cat had eaten garbage or something and just went with that even tho it was 100% not the case, and ignored my reasoning. But we were able to come to a solution anyways and my guy is doing great now. Overall this is the most pleasant vet office i have experienced in this area, and my visit was generally good.“
