I had to euthanize my cat and the doctor was incredibly kind and patient with me. It was awful, the worst day any pet owner can have and the kindness of the team here is much appreciated. I know that they kept my boy safe and did what they could.

They saved my cat Zigot’s life. After 3 days of no eating or pooping, the cat started showing signs of extreme lethargy and disinterest. I assumed it was either a hairball blockage or a psychological issue, as it was a stressful time at home.It is tough to find (almost impossible) pet emergency services in Canada (a G7 country; you would guess things would be much more organized, but that is another topic in total policy f. up). On the third night of Zigot’s problems, I found myself at a crossroads; I would either take the pet to the emergency hospital, which is pretty famous for being horrible or wait till morning and find an emergency clinic. On September 28th, 2023, I had to make the decision to let my boy run free at the Rainbow Bridge. Dr. Bailey along with all the Morgan Animal Hospital staff supported me every step of the way. I will never forget your kindness. Thank you.
