“I don't know if I can put into words how wonderful this hospital is! From the moment I contacted UCAH, I was taken care of. They got my boy, Foot Foot, in quickly for both of his knees and were exceptionally caring throughout his surgery and recovery. Dr. Turpel is compassionate and caring and followed up personally multiple times for questions or concerns. Footie got an infection on his second knee and the staff did everything in their power to ensure he got the meds and care he needed, even though we live two hours away. Special shout out to Jessica who called around to several pharmacies to find the antibiotics Footie needed. My only criticism is that they're located so far away from me! I'd be going there for all of my dog's needs otherwise. Thank you everyone for the exceptional care that you provided for us!“
“We loved Dr.Mike when we had our beautiful German Shorthaired Pointer Gucci. He would always tell us that she was a beautiful dog in peak condition and I wish we could have taken her there right before she died but circumstances prevented us and the vet who helped us end her suffering didn't even send us a conference card after we paid them to end her suffering from an inoperable brain tumor ?“

“I had to euthanize my cat and the doctor was incredibly kind and patient with me. It was awful, the worst day any pet owner can have and the kindness of the team here is much appreciated. I know that they kept my boy safe and did what they could.“
“We followed Dr. Nicole from Main West so we have been LONG time customers (clients?). We haven't seen her in a few years as she and Dr. Aaron grow their family, but we are well versed in the staff.We have special needs dogs (2 are pretty old, and pretty sick) and the staff its easy to deal with in ensuring I have all of the proper meds and food that is required. Only once did I have to stand up for myself with a technician (but I'm ok with doing that).I don't know Bianca or Nikki's roles in this office, but let me tell you...they are invaluable. I never fear of something being missed when I talk to them about meds, or appointments.No they are not cheap, yes there is an extra charge for an emergency appointment. I also think its a little crazy for a $50 fee for a nail trim. I also firmly believe that the best place my girls could be cared for is them.“

“I brought my dog Elijah to see Dr. Paul who came highly recommended by a friend to get a second opinion as he started getting very sick. Unlike the other vet we were seeing, Dr. Paul actually was able diagnose and treat Elijah for what he was going through. Throughout our experience with Dr. Paul he has been very helpful and very knowledgeable. I could tell he actually cares about the animals he treats and doesn’t see them as a way to try and get more money out of you which was the feeling I had from the other vet.Needless to say we are very thankful for Dr. Paul and the team at Bridgeview and will be returning from here on out.“

“We have been with Gerber for over 15 years now and we wouldn’t go anywhere else. Recently we had a horrible incident with our pug. Dr. Drapo, Mandarin, Lori, Erica, Kaitlyn, Cherie, Luann, EVERYONE were fantastic! It’s been a month and a half journey and I can’t express enough how grateful I am for them. The compassion, care, and knowledge was beyond words! My pup is doing great now. They were always there when we needed them and always got us in right away on any urgent basis. Again, I cannot thank them enough.“
