We followed Dr. Nicole from Main West so we have been LONG time customers (clients?). We haven't seen her in a few years as she and Dr. Aaron grow their family, but we are well versed in the staff.We have special needs dogs (2 are pretty old, and pretty sick) and the staff its easy to deal with in ensuring I have all of the proper meds and food that is required. Only once did I have to stand up for myself with a technician (but I'm ok with doing that).I don't know Bianca or Nikki's roles in this office, but let me tell you...they are invaluable. I'm delighted to share my positive experience with the animal clinic. The staff demonstrated exceptional care and expertise, creating a welcoming atmosphere. My pet received top-notch treatment, and I'm grateful for the clinic's commitment to animal well-being. Highly recommended!
