“ordered the Hankscraft water softner and Franklin RO unit.

Dealt with Ruben - phenomenal gentleman. Knows his stuff and if you face any issues, will stand by you to resolve. They had supplied a Pinnacle brand of RO system that was not performing to my satisfaction. I messaged Ruben, he replaced the one month used Pinnacle with no questions asked.

Now both my water softner and the RO unit are performing very well.

I could not have purchased the equipment from a better supplier.”

“Experienced being almost ripped off by Don's Heating quoting me a price for a replacement part for my Gas Fireplace that did not need replacing. I searched and found The Heat Source. Pleased with the excellent, courteous, honest. no hassle service I received by Customer Service Belinda and Service man Chris. It's hard to find a company that provides such prompt and honest service. I would certainly use and recommend The Heat Source to anyone in the future.”
