Ruben (and I believe his son) installed a new water softener for us and we are thrilled. Before we booked the install Ruben was kind enough to give me some advice to try and get my existing softener working on my own. Even though my attempt failed I appreciated the fact that he would even bother trying to help when it meant he may have missed a possible sale should my old unit have been repairable.
