ordered the Hankscraft water softner and Franklin RO unit.
Dealt with Ruben - phenomenal gentleman. Knows his stuff and if you face any issues, will stand by you to resolve. They had supplied a Pinnacle brand of RO system that was not performing to my satisfaction. I messaged Ruben, he replaced the one month used Pinnacle with no questions asked.
Now both my water softner and the RO unit are performing very well.
I could not have purchased the equipment from a better supplier.
Nico was more than willing to walk me through what I needed and worked with me to make sure I got the correct parts. Very responsive through emails, even though I know he is out working on other projects. Thanks again! I’m back up and running!
Great staff and support with helping me with supplies to rebed my softener. Thanks so much for all your help and advice. Update: Adding this to my review from 6 years ago. Contacted Ruben again to buy a water softener. Amazing customer service, help, support and knowledge. Can't thank him, Lucas and Nico enough. They are a great team and know what they're doing. Pleasure to do business with and they make it personable. Thanks guys!
