Bob Cook and The Heating Source installed our new fireplace just before Christmas, they did an excellent job. They were prompt, professional, and took the extra time to make sure all was done right and cleaned up afterwards. I would absolutely recommend them!

Although your tech was on time and very good, (thus the 5 stars), this does not make up for the fact that the first serviced was done on December 1st, 2023. In that service call, two techs came out, looked at the fireplace, said a part was required and that the part would be in the next week. 13 weeks have gone by and no communications. I called last week, and the office apologized and said that our file showed two parts were required .... set up today's service call. Fireplace still not working .... winter will be over shortly and the fireplace will not be required.
