“A huge thank you to Naji and his team for their excellent work on our 100+ year old house. From the first visit to the last they were professional, patient and efficient. They took the time to go over any and all concerns we had and explained everything they were doing. We entrusted them with a big job - redoing/lining all our old clay sewage pipes, running new water lines, replacing a portion of our cast iron stack and more. They paid as much attention to our small requests as our big ones. Can't say enough good things about Naji and his team - we will definitely be calling them again for future plumbing work.“

“Please note, Dr HVAC is NOT a 24 hour service. We’ve been members with them for a little over a year. Our furnace was serviced exactly a week ago and has now stopped working. It’s below zero temperatures tonight and I have young children in the house, but have been informed that on weeknights they offer an answering service only, with no technicians on call. They only offer emergency services on weekends. Their advertising is a bit misleading if you ask me, so just be aware of what you are signing up for. Their service up until this point has been fabulous so this is disappointing to say the least.

Edit: Dr HVAC was very responsive once I left this (original 2 star) review. They were apologetic for what happened and have indicated that typically an evening call would be received by the owner or manager. I was told if a technician isn’t available they will drive over space heaters until they can get someone it. I hope I never have to find out if this is accurate. It obviously wasn’t my experience but might be someone else’s. I’ve updated my review in any case because despite this mishap we have been happy with their services overall.“

“Wonderful, quick job. Nuri and his associate installed a brand new air conditioner in a few hours and did a magnificent job with attention to details. And it purrs like a kitten, no noise, no vibration. They were friendly and professional. Nuri also mentioned that it'll help save on my electric bill. Huzzah! Highly, highly recommend!!“

“Rauf.h came to the house regarding an issue with mixing valve. He was knowledgeable and explained that it was not a bldg code issue for the age of my house. I was very satisfied with his service and explanation“

“Tommy, came to our house last Friday and performed the annual Maintenance on our Furnace. He ran diagnostic checks on the furnace, and the Humidifier and all was in good running order.
He also checked the Hot water Tank and suggested that we may need a new unit in the near future. As he noticed the rust at the base of the tank.
He then came upstairs and checked the Gas Fireplace in our Family room. He made sure the pilot flame, igniter, and wiring was in order on the control switch.
We bought our home 11 years ago and are so glad that we chose DC Air to maintain our Heating and Air conditioning for the past 5 years.
