“I feel blessed to have met Hirvi Shah at Active Life Physiotherapy.I am 56 years young.....I arrived at the clinic on January 24, 2024 due to insomonia, severe neck pain, upper back and shoulder stiffness, and bilateral hand pain with burning, tingling, and numbness dominating my right hand. I also have a history of carpal tunnel syndrome which I believe contributed to my symptoms.To cope with all of this, I was forced to take a month off work, and this decision brought me to Active Life Physiotherapy after several google searches in my area.Hirvi did not hesitate to encourage me that things would get better, but she also provided education on the mechanics of the body, and a thorough explanation as to why I was feeling so much discomfort. ....this was greatly appreciated.
