I feel blessed to have met Hirvi Shah at Active Life Physiotherapy.I am 56 years young.....I arrived at the clinic on January 24, 2024 due to insomonia, severe neck pain, upper back and shoulder stiffness, and bilateral hand pain with burning, tingling, and numbness dominating my right hand. Very happy with the massage sessions provided by Phyllis. She is very caring, friendly and takes the time to understand your issues. Then she treats the trigger points and connecting muscles with her massage techniques. Definitely recommend Phyllis.

Hirvi is my PT, and I am so happy to find her. She is professional, caring, and very helpful. She is always patient with me, never rushing at all. Highly recommend to have her be your PT.
