Almost 6 months ago, I met Tanya at my daughter’s ballet show. She noticed I was in a lot of pain and not moving well at all.After a short conversation, I realized she was exactly who I was looking for in a physiotherapist.I cannot express how grateful I am that circumstances brought us together. She is truly an answered prayer.Her compassion and expertise have helped me tremendously from the first day until now.Thank you so much!!!

Going to Family Physiotherapy has been great. 3 members of my family have seen Shefali for different concerns and injuries. She is incredibly knowledgeable and after my first visit the intense pain caused by a hamstring injury was greatly reduced. Shefali is kind, thorough and easy to talk to. Over the course of several weeks she had me back doing all my usual activities pain free. Leah, at the front desk, is welcoming and so helpful. She submitted my claims directly to the insurance which makes it so much easier. The atmosphere is welcoming and kind which is so great when you hobble in with an injury. It’s great to have a place where help is close at hand.

Nadia accurately analyzed a nerve and muscle problem in my shoulder-arm-hand. The combination of Physio treatments and exercise helped to resolve the situation efficiently, and stretches she left me with will help maintain the balance. Friendly and professional, I would go back to Family Physio..
