6 weeks ago I had a disc and nerve issue in my lower back. I went to see Saro at the Physio Spot and he has been amazing. For the first 4 weeks I saw him twice a week and the progress has been so good that I was able to play a full 18 holes of golf yesterday without any issue.

I have tried over (6) different physiotherapists and The Physio Spot is the best clinic I have ever visited. I was having issues with my shoulder (rotator) and was given an appointment with Ellen Hagglund.
She is basically amazing.
Ellen is very personable, friendly and professional. She was able to diagnose the problem area in the first 10 minutes, worked out the pain and flexibility and gave me specific exercises to follow up with. My subsequent physio sessions with Ellen were like the first and after 6 visits, I am in a maintenance program already; and the shoulder has never been better.
5 stars for not only Ellen, but for the Physio Spot clinic as a whole: the entire team genuinely cares about your well-being.
I saw Romano Sulit for 3 torn ligaments in my ankle. He helped me recover and get me ready for a 5k run. Highly recommend him! The Physio Spot is exactly what physiotherapy should be - individual treatment from someone with a lot of expertise... not an assembly line of physio students waiting to practice attaching you to a Tens machine (which was a past experience I have had at a different clinic). A lot of my colleagues see Romano as well. If you need a great physiotherapist, go see him!
