Every single one of the staff members is super nice and friendly. Jasper is a naughty one and had to go to hospital quite a few times now. And they take such a good care of him.

Not just during the appointment, but if you have any questions after, you call them, and they would let you know right away.

“I shop at this store and I have been a volunteer with Eastern Ontario Cats which was previously a charity of Petsmart. Recently there has been a lot of disturbing information that has transpired about how the founder of Eastern Ontario Cats runs the rescue and the health of some of the cats. I can say from experience that the store has very rigid rules when it comes to the rescue and they care about the health of the cats. I am not sure of the details but as soon as there were red flags the partnership with Eastern Ontario Cats was terminated by Petsmart. Any issues about the health of the cats or promises made from the founder has nothing to do with Petsmart because the rescue is its own separate entity and they are required to provide healthy cats. Me and my family really enjoyed volunteering there because the Barrhaven Petsmart staff are so amazing and the customers that came to see the kitties were so much fun. I can not say enough great things about the staff at Barrhaven Petsmart, they are incredible and go out of their way to help people and are always so kind and approachable. I am not sure who the owner of this store is but they hit the jackpot on their staff.“
