Clean store, helpful staff. They have a good selection of seasonal costumes and goods. I bought my grandson's guinea pigs here a few months ago and they're doing great.
They sell isopods and some live invertebrates, but every time I look at them the colonies don't seem to be doing too well. Double-check before you buy!
What I am concerning of is just the waiting time for any service there, must have more staff specifically on the weekend, everything else is perfect like customer service, cleaniness and professionalism.
Natasha at PetSmart is seriously the best! I have a Keeshond, so dealing with all that thick fluffy fur isn’t easy but she did an amazing job. My dog came home looking SO fluffy and clean You can tell she genuinely cares about the dogs and makes sure they’re comfortable I’m so happy I found someone I trust with my baby highly recommend her for a groomer! 💕
