The stores have a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, with staff being dedicated and caring towards the pets. While prices might be a bit high, the convenience of online shopping with in-store pickup within two hours is a plus. Some customers have noted that local manufacturers' products are underrepresented. Nevertheless, PetSmart is a great store with a wide range of products, including aquarium fish, hamsters, and lizards, making it a recommended visit for pet owners to find something for their pets.
I really enjoy shopping at PetSmart. They have a great selection of toys and treats, good sales, and I love that pets are welcome in the store. However, based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend their training classes.
My first class was postponed by a week because they wanted to wait for more participants to join, which I understood. But when the class finally started, it was held right in the middle of a store aisle rather than in a dedicated training space, which made it difficult to focus and learn.

went to get my dog groomed and had the best experience ever! i have an anxious little shih tzu and they took such good care of my baby! she hates her face and paws being touched but somehow they still managed to get it done and make my dog look perfectly groomed and stunning! i will for sure being coming back! so beyond grateful for the beautiful work they did on my dog! and all the ladies who work there are so sweet and caring!
