I called Sabri for the first time today and he welcomed me in even tho it was nearly time for him to close. He is funny, talkative albeit a very good listener and it felt as if I had known him for my whole life; as if I had come all this way not for a haircut, but to visit with a dear friend. I had my hair cut and highlighted by Sabri, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! It was my first time at the salon, so I was a little nervous going in, but Sabri immediately made me feel comfortable. He took the time to really understand what I was looking for, including what I wanted to see and what I wanted to avoid.
He was patient, asked thoughtful questions, and made sure we were on the same page before getting started. He was also a great conversationalist, which made the whole experience enjoyable and relaxed.
