I had a lovely experience the whole time I was getting my hair done. Energy in the salon was great. All the hairdressers were so kind and good at their jobs. My hair turned out perfect it was really great at work. I had a great experience until I went to the front desk to pay. The lady working the front desk was rude and uninterested. I waited a minute for her to acknowledge me. my whole interaction with her she was clearly completely uninterested in helping me as a customer. Which really sucks because I had such a great experience the whole time I was at the salon. And it is really unfortunate that was the end of my experience.
Sometimes taking a chance especially with your hair can feel like a daunting experience, but meeting Sarah Rose proved to be more than worth it. We had such a great experience at Salon Entrenous! Sarah Rose did an amazing job with both my color and cut. The Olaplex treatment made such a difference for my damaged hair it feels so much softer and healthier now.
Beyond her talent, Sarah Rose has such an amazing and beautiful personality. She made us feel so welcomed, comfortable, and incredible throughout the entire experience. I recently visited Salon Entrenous for the first time and had such an amazing experience with Sarah Rose! I got a virgin balayage and a haircut, and I honestly could not be happier with the results.
Sarah really took the time to listen exactly what I wanted for both the color and the cut, and she delivered perfectly. She was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment.
You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and pays attention to every detail. I left the salon feeling so happy and confident with my hair.
