Visited the website which was excellent and easy to find the information I needed. Went to the physical locate to pick up a gift card, everyone was very friendly and I was greeted as soon as I walk in, transition went smoothly and relieved all pertinent information. New to the London area and recently had my hair highlighted by Sheri. Great consultation- she showed me a book of blonde hair samples and guided me to the colour I was describing. Love the results! Great salon, great atmosphere.
