“We had maid drywall complete drywall for our entire house, prime the whole house and paint the ceiling. The crew was friendly and professionally. The job was completed ahead of schedule. Communication throughout the project was strong. Would use the company again if needed and highly recommend.”
“We’ve had Bourque Renovations handle several renovations in our home over the years, and every experience has been excellent. The team is professional, easy to work with, and their workmanship is always top quality. They communicate well, keep things on schedule, and always leave the place spotless. We wouldn’t trust our home projects to anyone else, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for quality renovations done right!”
“We had a sewage back up into our home from a clogged septic pipe. We originally called Bluewater plumbing to help us. They sent 2 guys out that told us our septic tank was full and we needed a pump out. They charged us an hr and a half labour each for this. The next morning we had the pump out. It did not resolve the issue. We have 2 kids under 6 and couldn't use toilets or drains for 2 days at this point. I called them to see if they could come back. They said they were too busy and they couldn't come out today unless it was after hours which would cost us overtime fees.
So instead my husband called around and that's when he found J.R plumbing. He came out that same day and helped us right away and fixed the issue and went ABOVE and beyond customer service. Even offered to stop in after hours to talk to him about it and explain what needs to be fixed properly to avoid further issues. We are so happy with this company. We highly reccomend. It's hard to find quality service these days, so we are thrilled to have found this plumbing business.”
