All Terrain Property Maintenance

This crew does snow removal/cleanup at my apartment building. Extremely lazy, one rip thru with a plow and just throw salt all over. 80 percent of parking lot still covered in snow and sidewalks rarely get cleared. Sad for the people in my building with accessibility requirements. Extremely lazy workmanship.

I literally can ONLY say one good thing about All Terrain‼️ They are in and out Fast‼️ However, they leave the Hired on Property (YORK DEV) looking just as bad as when they arrived‼️ They have shrugged responsibility after damaging a vehicle TWICE‼️ Their employees use profane language while on site. After being advised not to do a specific job in close proximity to other vehicles until asking the owner to move it, agreed, to then ignored it‼️ And trimming, was told it wasn’t in their contract.
