“Spoke with Cathy in the morning about non-working furnace fan. She said Garrett would be here between 11-5 same day. Garrett sent text 10 minutes before arriving. Quickly diagnosed the problem, a capacitor, and repaired the faulty part right away, saving us from sweltering in the 30C heat of July. Very knowledgable, honest, and friendly professional, quick repair on a 29 year old furnace, no sales pitch, and all at a more than fair price. I have used them once before, for an AC repair 7 years ago, and had the same outstanding results.
