Jason and the entire installation team were excellent. They kept us apprised of all the possible things they may encounter prior to the start of the project and communicated throughout the project timely so there were no surprises. Installation occurred over one of the hottest weeks on record. Understandably, the project took a bit longer than expected because the company correctly prioritized the health and safety of their crew. I'm so relieved this team could help me out in such short notice, with difficult circumstances, and so professionally. The quality of their work, communication, and customer service is exceptional. I will always refer them to people and they'll be my first call when it comes to roof work.

I bought a century home a couple years ago on my own and the previous owners did a lot of DIY and budget work, and as I've lived here, things have started to go, as it does with any home. I was impressed with the work done by Gateway. The new roof looks great. All items of the work was done as per the quote, and the workers did a thorough cleanup at the end of the job.

The new siding was also very well done. I like the colour and style, but also the attention to detail when fitting all of the difficult areas and trim.

Both crews were pleasant, polite and were willing to answers any questions as the work progressed.
