“From my first phone call with Rob, and talking about Superior Roofing and what they could do for me I knew I was doing the right thing. Rob walked me through the process of how the roof would be installed and mentioned all the steps in between. The roof was installed in October 2023 and the professionalism was amazing. The yard and driveway were always clean, and at the end of the day you wouldn’t even know they were there. The whole job took 4 days. My house and detached garage. The site supervisor was friendly and communicated to me the progress and issues that came up.So glad I went with Superior Roofing. My house and garage look amazing. John showed up religiously when he said he would, always competed himself in a very professional manner, and was fairly priced (and transparent about it). He and his team took meticulous care of our home, gardens, deck, etc. (i haven’t seen a single stray roofing nail yet, and with a small dog that tears around the backyard, I’ve been watching like a hawk!) “Following our recent high wind storm I called the company and Dave said they were extremely busy with a high volume of calls with damaged roofs. No promises but it could be over a week before they could get to me. Well I just wanted to take the time to inform you that your staff were here this morning which was a very pleasant surprise since you had so many calls to service. The three guys were terrific and got the job done without any delay and were very professional and pleasant to talk with.They were up onto the roof very quickly and without delay assessed the damage and repaired in it very short order.I think it's important to comment on a job well done in today's world.People sometimes are very quick to jump on the criticism bandwagon and equally as quick to forget compliments and appreciation when a job is well done. I know you said it could be next week before you got to my situation of ripped off tiles in the windstorm because of the high call volume but you got your staff here speedily this week. So you and your staff deserve a great round of thank you's and appreciation for getting the job done so quickly and efficiently.I would not hesitate in recommending you and your company to anybody in the future.“
