“Clean, new premises and Carol is a caring dog parent. The only problem is that she is not always available since she has responsibilities outside Canada.Dogs are encouraged to play and roam free in very large outdoor kennels. Carol has taken care of my Corgi several times and I have never had any problems with her care of my dog.“

Both pets received a very professional caring expert treatment/surgery if needed. They listen, they follow up and will work with you to treat and care for your pet. Sapphire can be a bit of a handful at times, but the team at Barks N’ Bubbles always makes her feel comfortable and excited to be there. She comes home looking (and smelling!) fantastic after her baths, and completely worn out; in the best way after daycare. It’s such a relief knowing she’s in such loving, capable hands while I’m away.

“Our first time at Dogeden! The staff were really nice and our breeding dog Mocha had a nice grooming here. I totally recommend this place. I have a very convenient location they do have availability on short notice. They do charge for late fees which is one dollar per minute. We were really late but they gave us a discount on the late fees which we appreciated. ?“

“K9 to 5 is fantastic! Our dog Stella has been attending this wonderful daycare/groomer since we got her in June 2022. Our breeder mentioned that we should continue to socialize her and I'm so glad we have because she is so wonderful not only around other dogs but around other humans and I truly believe it's a result of attending this daycare. They are compassionate, attentive and so loving to all the dogs there and I can see it every time they greet Stella and also when I pick her up the staff is as sad to see her go as she is to leave. I love that it's a cage free environment so the dogs have a chance to let all their craziness out and get exercise but in a safe environment with wonderful caregivers. As for the groomers, I can't say enough good things! They take such pride in their work, they listen to what the owner wants and they always go over and above to make the dogs feel comfortable and calm. And, with each groom the dogs get complementary daycare! You cannot beat that!!!!!! Pricing is extremely reasonable. I highly recommend this daycare/groomer.“

“Idk where all of the bad reviews came from, but I got my cat here and she is the best cat ever. The staff was very friendly and accommodating (she kept my pet on hold when I went to take cash, instead of giving it to another potential buyer). The cats were kept in a very humane environment (see video - inside a huge glass door with lot of toys and cat climbing tools) so I am not sure why people are complaining about the cages and poor treatment. They allow guest to interact with the kittens $10 per person which is deductible if you purchased the kitten after. Maybe it’s the grooming that gives the bad review but this place is great if you want to get a kitten of good temper!“
