We recently received defective flooring purchased at Flooring Canada for a kitchen renovation. Many of the boards were damaged and had defects stemming from poor quality control by the manufacturer. Flooring Canada was in no way responsible for the manufacturing problems. Andre was able to quickly resolve the issue to our entire satisfaction and we were able to exchange the defective flooring for a product of superior quality. Andre was very proactive, helpful and friendly, acting on our behalf in what could have been a messy dispute with the manufacturer. They also offer installation services with a very reasonable rate. The owner is very friendly and would like to share info with customers. Roberto did an absolutely beautiful job installing our Synergy Long Plank Rocky Coast vinyl flooring (LVP) in our family room after removing the old flooring. The result is stunning, the room looks brighter, bigger and completely transformed. The attention to detail in the installation was excellent.

We did extensive research and compared multiple suppliers before choosing Westboro and we would make the same choice again without hesitation. The combination of competitive pricing, superior products, transparent quoting and genuine customer care sets Westboro Flooring apart.

As of the 22nd of May, 2026, we have now had two wonderful experiences with Westboro Flooring. A few weeks ago they handled our LVP flooring, and most recently our carpet installation and both times their sales team and management made sure we were extremely well looked after from start to finish. Their professionalism, communication, and customer service have been outstanding throughout.

A huge thank you to Fadal and Hussein for the carpet installation. Their craftsmanship was exceptional, particularly on our staircase with all the spindles. We chose a patterned Beaulieu carpet, the Escape from Maui collection in Hail Cloud for the bedrooms and the stairs, and the way they matched and aligned the pattern was perfect. The attention to detail was truly impressive. They were professional, courteous, and clearly take great pride in their work.

Both the LVP flooring and the carpet look amazing, and we couldn't be happier with the results. We highly recommend Westboro Flooring and specifically Fadal and Hussein for carpet installation to anyone looking for quality products and outstanding workmanship.

“We went to the EP Store looking to replace a broken shower faucet handle we had purchased at EP 12 (!) years ago. Nick took it upon himself to contact the manufacturer to determine if non-intrusive replacement was possible. Unfortunately it isn't with the model we purchased, however, the manufacturer sent a replacement cartridge and trim at no charge. Doubt they would have done that without Nick. Greatly appreciated!“

“We first had Rome Flooring do work for us about ten years ago when they refinished very old wood floors in our second floor and replaced the flooring in one room. They did a great job.
We worked with them again about six months ago after we made a terrible mistake renovating our kitchen and going with another flooring company (only because we didn’t realize Rome did LVT as well as wood). Unfortunately we had so many problems with the flooring the other company installed that we ended up having Rome tear it out and install what seems to be a much better product. We’ve had none of the same issues. They were also extremely helpful and accommodating in dealing with working around/moving appliances, which was a big relief in the kitchen. We’d never go with another flooring company again!“

“Came to this store last week and placed an order for hardwood flooring eventually after we went to five flooring stores in person for quotations and had a comparison between them. The price we got here is the most competitive. Products on sale are well organized and classified. Three zones are designated for the demonstration of hardwood, laminate and vinyl flooring. And each sample on shelf has a sticky label above indicating detailed info respectively including wood type, color and dimension. The sales representative Lora there showed great hospitality in interpreting to us the difference between finishing grades and offering quotations of different wood color and width among the flooring we were interested in. And she also offered us a discount on shipping the flooring to the warehouse. We did get good service and have a nice experience shopping here.“
