“Searched for months to find hardwood to match existing flooring in our 20+yr home. Nelson at Xpression was helpful in the entire process. No pressure sales. We got a match in the Wickham (all Canadian) product line. The wood and finished floors looks beautiful. Ibrahim T., did a wonderful job on the installation. He was punctual, on time every day, meticulous in his work and communicated every step in the process. When the job was done, he and assistant, cleaned, vacuum and removed all the debris, making my cleanup easy. Recommend these 2 installers for all Xpression hardwood flooring installation. “We did quite a lot of research on flooring before we ran into this store, and surprisingly found they have the best prices and quality for flooring even compared with Costco, Home Depot, Lowe’s and other independent stores. They also offer installation services with a very reasonable rate. The owner is very friendly and would like to share info with customers. In addition, he has the factory behind his store and customizes products as requested. Great experience going with them and would definitely recommend the store to anyone.“

“Excellent customer service by Andre and the entire team at Flooring Canada.
We recently received defective flooring purchased at Flooring Canada for a kitchen renovation. Many of the boards were damaged and had defects stemming from poor quality control by the manufacturer. Flooring Canada was in no way responsible for the manufacturing problems. Andre was able to quickly resolve the issue to our entire satisfaction and we were able to exchange the defective flooring for a product of superior quality. Andre was very proactive, helpful and friendly, acting on our behalf in what could have been a messy dispute with the manufacturer. He was able transform what might have been a very stressful situation into a very positive customer experience.
The installation of the flooring, carried out by a professional from Flooring Canada, was completed recently. The installer was meticulous and highly skilled. We are delighted with our beautiful new kitchen floor.
