Stittsville Flooring
“Outstanding Experience with Stittsville Flooring
We recently hired Stittsville Flooring to install approximately 950 sq. ft. of hardwood flooring, and we couldn't be happier with the results. We supplied all the flooring materials and had the work site fully prepared before the crew arrived, and from day one, the entire process was professional, efficient, and stress-free.
A special thank you goes to Mo and Faisal, who were incredibly polite, respectful, and hardworking throughout the project. Their craftsmanship and expertise were evident in every aspect of the installation.
Whenever small issues or unexpected challenges arose, they addressed them quickly and professionally, always finding effective solutions without compromising the quality of their work.
The company originally scheduled four days to complete the installation, but thanks to the crew's efficiency and dedication, the entire project was completed in just three days while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
Another aspect we greatly appreciated was their commitment to cleanliness. At the end of each workday, Mo and Faisal thoroughly cleaned the job site, and once the project was complete, they left the work areas spotless. It's clear they take pride not only in their flooring work but also in respecting their customers' homes.
Furthermore, the senior staff always dropped by to touch base, discuss any issues or point of view and ensure that all work was according to plan making it a worthwhile encounter.
We also found Stittsville Flooring's pricing to be very competitive compared to other local flooring companies we considered, making the value they provide even more impressive.
Overall, we are extremely pleased with the quality of the installation, the professionalism of the crew, the finished product and especially the excellent customer service.
I would highly recommend Stittsville Flooring to anyone looking for skilled, reliable, and fairly priced flooring professionals. The finished floors look fantastic, and we would not hesitate to hire them again.”
