We had a positive experience with Quadécor itself. We purchased both hard-wood and laminate floors for our home and we are very pleased with the products.I've updated my review because after posting a review here about an issue I had with the finishing work of the installation, Quadecor followed up directly with me and had the problem quickly resolved. Now my floors look absolutely perfect and I couldn't be more pleased. Quadecor was very committed to ensuring I was satisfied with my floors.
