Great repairs to my old lamp, great timing and excellent quality.
We went to the EP Store looking to replace a broken shower faucet handle we had purchased at EP 12 (!) years ago. Nick took it upon himself to contact the manufacturer to determine if non-intrusive replacement was possible. Unfortunately it isn't with the model we purchased, however, the manufacturer sent a replacement cartridge and trim at no charge. Doubt they would have done that without Nick. Greatly appreciated!
Didn't have exactly what I needed but parts guy gave me written directions to my next potential source.
