“My struggle began a few “daze” ago, with what I thought was a simple clog in our kitchen sink drain pipe. The clog was located in the pipe area, leading behind the wall, into the basement main outlet. So, I used my small snake auger, with my drill attached. I couldn’t clear the obstruction, no matter how hard I tried. Next, I go to Home Depot & rent a heavy duty, electric, auto-feed snake. After about 45 minutes of that madness, the snake’s tip finally snapped off, inside the 1-1/2” PVC pipe. Dang It!!! Fast Forward; The Home Depot rental department Guy suggested I give Advanced Sewer a call. Next day, Shawn shows up and runs a camera into the system, opens up the connecting pipe system in our basement, runs the snake and clears out what seemed like a century’s worth of hardened grease buildup. “The drain tiles under my house were broken. The basement leaked every time it rained. CKO Plumbing sent a team in to dig up the perimeter of my basement, throw out the 85 year old pipes and put in new ones. The guys hand carried everything out of my basement and then carried all of the new gravel and cement into the basement. Even though this was a huge job the guys put pride in their work. The new cement floor is smooth. They mopped behind themselves. The guys also patched a couple cracks in my basement walls. The laundry tub had to be moved away from the wall for this project, when it was put back into place they fixed the leak. These guys also made sure that my washing machine was level when they put it back into place. They went above and beyond.“
