The last thing I had them do was a handrail from the main floor to the basement, a second handrail from outside my front door for 4 steps, and a third handrail from my sidewalk to the sidewalk at street level. All were beautifully done and work perfectly. They also installed a proper lock on the back door. I am very impressed with this company - they are very professional. “Contracted with Prestige to complete a dish washer rough-in. Dealt with three representatives; a plumber, electrician and a handy-man. The three reps were great; pleasant to deal with and definitely knew their jobs. The electrician had to cut some holes in drywall to run a circuit. These were done in the garage with nicely cut holes. The handy-man had no issues at all patching the holes and refinishing them to match the rest of the garage.

Will keep Precision in mind for any other work that needs doing.“

“Chris, the owner, and his assistant Jairo did a fantastic job regrouting and recaulking the shower stall around my bathtub. They went over and beyond, even painting over a bathtub patch which was rusty, near the drain, making it look brand new. And as I was working in my office next door, they were mindful of keeping quiet to let me concentrate. Given the amount of work they put in I find the price I paid very reasonable. He came in to check on why my ceiling had water damage and discovered that my original contractors hadn't properly installed and vented our bathroom ceiling fans so moisture was collecting in the roof. He was quick to provide a quote; we agreed and found a start date; and that was it! He was in an out in a day and our bathroom fans work wonderfully. I'll call on Manos and team the next time I have a project or repair job :)Very reliable; I know he did a good job as he takes pride in a job done well. We placed a call to Handyman007 to have two workers place the furniture & trash into a 40 yard bin. With in a few hours the site was clean. They even cleaned up the trash around the 40 yard bin.
